Retreat Itinerary
Friday Evening:
3:00 - 5:00 PM: Arrival & Check-In. Settle into your space and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
6:30 - 8:00 PM: Welcome Dinner. Gather for a delicious, nourishing meal to kick off the weekend together.
8:00 - 9:30 PM: Evening Restorative Breathwork & Journaling. Ground yourself with a calming breathwork session followed by reflection time in your journal and intention setting as a community
Saturday:
7:30 - 8:30 AM: Morning Yoga & Movement. We will start the day with a gentle yoga practice to stretch, energize, and center our bodies.
8:30 - 9:30 AM: Breakfast. Enjoy a wholesome, nourishing breakfast to fuel the day ahead.
9:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Adventure to nearby Big Trees Grove. Embark on a guided walk through the stunning Big Trees Grove, immersing yourself in nature’s tranquility.
12:00 - 1:00 PM: Lunch. Refresh and enjoy a light, nourishing meal with fellow participants.
1:00 - 4:00 PM: Free Time
Relax and unwind. Options include:Art activities

Reflective journaling
Hot tub soak
Nature walks or personal relaxation (aka, take an uninterrupted nap!)
4:00 - 6:00 PM: Breathwork Journey
