Retreat Itinerary

Friday Evening:

  • 3:00 - 5:00 PM: Arrival & Check-In. Settle into your space and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

  • 6:30 - 8:00 PM: Welcome Dinner. Gather for a delicious, nourishing meal to kick off the weekend together.

  • 8:00 - 9:30 PM: Evening Restorative Breathwork & Journaling. Ground yourself with a calming breathwork session followed by reflection time in your journal and intention setting as a community

Saturday:

  • 7:30 - 8:30 AM: Morning Yoga & Movement. We will start the day with a gentle yoga practice to stretch, energize, and center our bodies.

  • 8:30 - 9:30 AM: Breakfast. Enjoy a wholesome, nourishing breakfast to fuel the day ahead.

  • 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Adventure to nearby Big Trees Grove. Embark on a guided walk through the stunning Big Trees Grove, immersing yourself in nature’s tranquility.

  • 12:00 - 1:00 PM: Lunch. Refresh and enjoy a light, nourishing meal with fellow participants.

  • 1:00 - 4:00 PM: Free Time
    Relax and unwind. Options include:

    • Art activities

    • Guided mirror work

    • Cold plunge

    • Reflective journaling

    • Hot tub soak

    • Nature walks or personal relaxation (aka, take an uninterrupted nap!)

  • 4:00 - 6:00 PM: Breathwork Journey
    Dive deep into a transformative hour long breathwork practice to release, restore, and renew.

  • 6:30 - 8:00 PM: Dinner
    Savor another wholesome meal and connect with the group over shared conversation.

Sunday:

  • 7:00-7:30: Light beverages and fruit (coffee/tea/etc)

  • 7:30 - 8:30 AM: Morning Yoga & Movement
    A gentle flow to awaken your body and create presence and connection

  • 9:00 - 11:00 AM: Breathwork, Journaling, & Meditation
    Engage in a final breathwork session, journaling time, and a guided meditation to reflect on your weekend experience.

  • 11:00 - 12:00 PM: Closing Ceremony & Brunch
    Come together for a closing circle to share reflections while enjoying a celebratory brunch.
