revive and rejuvenate: a womens Retreat

June 26-30, 2025

baja, mexico

This retreat is brought to you from the deepest parts of my heart. My hope and intention is to create a space for women to gather in our fullness, where all parts of us are welcome. No hats to juggle, no masks to wear. I have tears welling up as I write this and I share that so you can know the foundation of this retreat is authenticity. There will be no fluff, no pre recorded instagramable verbiage, no trending practices that I do not feel competent in offering, no forcing ways of being that actually create imbalance in your body. Instead, my promise to you is that together we will create a container that is tender, raw, authentic, and unfiltered. If that is calling to you, please read on…

Join us for a transformative retreat in the heart of nature, where you’ll have the space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the deepest parts of self. This retreat is all about stepping away from the demands of daily life and the noise of the world around us to create time for inner reflection in order to revive dormant parts of ourselves.

Through simple yet powerful practices like breathwork, yoga, movement, meditation, and creative expression, we’ll explore what it means to remember the strength and wisdom already within us. Surrounded by the beauty of the ocean and nourished by organic, wholesome meals, you’ll have the opportunity to reconnect not just with yourself, but also with the power of community.

With plenty of downtime to relax, reflect, and restore, this retreat offers a chance to pause, breathe, and rediscover the simple practices that bring us back to our essence.

Come as you are, and leave with a renewed sense of peace, connection, and purpose.

but will i LEAVE REJUVINATED?

THE ANSWER IS YES…BECAUSE…SCIENCE!

Research shows that spending time in nature reduces stress, lowers cortisol levels, and boosts mental clarity by promoting neuroplasticity—helping our brains adapt and thrive! This, plus 5 days of eating whole, nutrient-dense foods supports brain function and emotional well-being. Not to mention the retreats opportunity for consistent, quality sleep which will enhance memory, mood, and cognitive performance. Plus my favorite part…science shows that being part of a supportive community strengthens our immune system, improves heart health, and fosters a sense of belonging, all of which contribute to overall well-being and longevity!

Science shows that meditation, breathwork and yoga are deeply transformative practices…

…Science ALSO shows that relaxing by the beach, moving our bodies every morning & laughing with likeminded women is sure to have lasting benefits that transcends the

5 days spent together. It’s a winning combo :)

Together, we will reconnect with that childlike spirit of curiosity, wonder, and possibility, while also creating space for deep introspection. Through practices of self-reflection, movement, and breathwork, we’ll work to transform old, limiting ways of thinking and being, gently letting go of what no longer serves us.
